Architects, planners, interior designers, partners and private clients come here to discover, buy and connect – while enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine at our counter.
The counter is not only the heart of our showroom, but also part of our name. In French, 'comptoir' can refer to either a traditional trading counter or a bar counter where people meet and spend time together.

Showroom
A historic fabric trading house from the 1950s becomes a showroom, reimagined with French elegance. French furniture, lighting, art and objects are brought together in a carefully curated scenography. Curation comes with exclusivity: For most of the brands this is the first physical showroom presence in the German-speaking region.

Interior Design
Sometimes, it all starts with a chair. Or some wallpaper. Sometimes, just one item is all it takes to make you rethink a room. Together with Martina Hausel Interiors (MHI), we transform exceptional finds into unique interiors. All of these are characterised by Martina's signature effortless chic, whether it's a single room or an entire home.
Events
As hosts, we plan our own events and formats to bring the design-savvy community together at Le Comptoir. As co-hosts, we collaborate with brands and companies to organise events such as product launches, expert talks, dinners and intimate gatherings.
